Caribou Mountain Lodge is Idaho's premier backcountry recreational rental lodge. With easy and affordable access to outstanding backcountry ski powder in the winter and scenic hiking, mountain biking and relaxation in the summer.

The lodge is located in the northern panhandle of Idaho, 15 miles outside of Sandpoint. It sits on a ridgetop with spectacular views in 4 directions and just below Caribou Peak (6210') which is a short hike or ski away.

This lodge combines the comforts of home with easy access to scenic mountain terrain.

Both decks and all rooms of the Lodge offer panoramic views of Idaho, Montana, and/or British Columbia, Canada. In the Purcell Valley below, lies Lake Pend Oreille (pronounced pond-er-ay), the largest, deepest and most pristine inland lake west of the Mississippi.
